Why

We use the lacto-fermentation process to preserve the vegetables: no sugar or vinegar is used (and of course, all our "pickles" are vegan ,raw and made from certified organic vegetables to stimulate the organic agriculture in Thailand.).
Thanks to this process , while eating these products, we add the good bacteria to our digestive system, which facilitates digestion, detoxes the liver and increases the immune system.
(Please do not give pickled product to babies, toddlers or pregnant women but very advised for new mothers, especially while  breast feeding.)
Lacto-fermented vegetables are the best probiotic medicine for when you have to take antibiotics or chemotherapy, compensating for the negative action of the drugs.

About Rejuvelac:From Wiki:" Rejuvelac contains eight of the B vitamins, vitamins E and K, and a variety of proteins, dextrines, carbohydrates, phosphates and amylases. It is rich in enzymes that assist in digestion". As our Rejuvelac is made from black sticky rice, it is also rich in iron, lutein and amino-acids.
