Why

We use the lacto-fermentation process to preserve the vegetables: no sugar or vinegar is used (and of course, all our "pickles" are vegan and raw.
Thanks to this process , while eating these products, we add the good bacteria to our digestive system, which facilitates digestion, detoxes the liver and increases the immune system.
(Please do not give pickled product to babies, toddlers or pregnant women but very advised for new mothers, especially while  breast feeding.)
Lacto-fermented vegetables are the best probiotic medicine for when you have to take antibiotics or chemotherapy, compensating for the negative action of the drugs.
