*Why use lacto-fermented probiotic food?

All our lacto-fermented vegetables are from a certified organic farm (Harmony Life Farm).
Sometimes we have sourdough bread (150 thb 900 gr) and most oif the time, we have Tempeh (70 thb 300 gr).
NEW! 1 February 2017! We sell now rice too from the Raksa farm in Chayaphum; they are organic in transition : 2017 is their second year:
white rice 60 thb/ kg-brown rice 70 thb/kg-berrty rice 90 thb/kg and brown sticky rice at 70 thb/kg. All rice is vacuum packed .
 
*Sauerkraut (500 gr) 125 thb: with juniper berries and flax seed.

Lacto-fermented pickled organic cabbage, high in choline (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Choline).
Sauerkraut is the MOST probiotic pickle we have right now : very good for detox and to lower your bad cholesterol.
Expiry date: about 8 weeks (exact date is on the label). This should be ordered one week in advance!




*Gherkins (500 gr) 125 thb: these are big dill pickles. 
We add garlic,  ginger, black  pepper, natural sea salt and a lot of fresh and dried herbs.
Very healthy for your digestive track and also very good for the kidneys. 
Our gherkin pickles are very mild, so it is a good pickle for beginners :).

Why

We use the lacto-fermentation process to preserve the vegetables: no sugar or vinegar is used (and of course, all our "pickles" are vegan ,raw and made from certified organic vegetables to stimulate the organic agriculture in Thailand.).
Thanks to this process , while eating these products, we add the good bacteria to our digestive system, which facilitates digestion, detoxes the liver and increases the immune system.
(Please do not give pickled product to babies, toddlers or pregnant women but very advised for new mothers, especially while  breast feeding.)
Lacto-fermented vegetables are the best probiotic medicine for when you have to take antibiotics or chemotherapy, compensating for the negative action of the drugs.

About Rejuvelac:From Wiki:" Rejuvelac contains eight of the B vitamins, vitamins E and K, and a variety of proteins, dextrines, carbohydrates, phosphates and amylases. It is rich in enzymes that assist in digestion". As our Rejuvelac is made from black sticky rice, it is also rich in iron, lutein and amino-acids.
